We make every effort to display the colors and images of our timber products as accurately as possible. However, because wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain and tone are normal. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display will perfectly render the exact color of the physical product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). If you are purchasing products for personal or household use, our goods come with statutory guarantees that cannot be modified by contract, including that they will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Wood Store NZ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any valid reason, including stock unavailability or errors in pricing/descriptions.

Your order is officially accepted only when we send a confirmation email and process your payment. Once confirmed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to returns or exchanges in strict accordance with New Zealand consumer law and our Refund Policy. You warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
